Multi-site groups

One platform. Every venue.

Run local audiences, offers and budgets across your group from one guest record, and read results venue by venue.

These are Purple WiFi customers, not Purple Engage references.

What can a multi-site group do with Purple Engage?

Run group campaigns with control at each venue. Target offers at chosen venues and cap them per venue or in money, read offer and survey results venue by venue, build segments on visits at chosen venues, and map each connector to the venues it serves.

  • Offers targeted at chosen venues, with caps per venue and a budget
  • Offer redemptions and survey scores, such as NPS, cut by venue
  • Segments that combine a guest's engagement stars with the venues they visit
  • Connectors mapped to the venues they serve

How does Engage track guests across venues?

One record per guest, with a visit history for each venue. A journey can start when a guest joins the WiFi at any venue or a chosen one. Set each venue's time zone once, and every guest takes the zone of the venue they last visited, so a send at a set local time lands at the right hour.

  • A visit history for each venue on one guest record
  • Each guest's time zone taken from the venue they last visited
  • Journeys that start when a guest joins the WiFi at any venue or a chosen one

How do I run one campaign across many venues?

Build it once and set the rules by venue. Offers can target chosen venues, with caps per guest, in total, per venue and in money, and a cooldown between one guest's redemptions. Journeys can start on a purchase at a chosen venue, with a minimum spend.

  • Venue targeting on offers
  • Caps per guest, in total, per venue and in money
  • Purchase triggers by venue and minimum spend

How do I compare results across the group?

Where a holdout is set, the extra share of guests a campaign brought back is measured against guests held back on purpose, with a 95% range and takings for each group. Two to six sent emails can be compared side by side, and one is marked best only when its range overlaps no other.

  • The extra share of guests who came back or bought, against a held-back group, where a holdout is set
  • Two to six sent emails compared side by side, with the counts behind every figure

How does Engage protect guests' trust across a group?

The same rules apply at every venue. Forms record the consent wording each guest saw, erasure reaches every store of guest data, and your AI team stages work for a person to approve.

  • Double opt-in forms that keep the consent wording each guest saw
  • Erasure through more than 30 registered routines, one for each store of guest data
  • By default, you approve what your AI team stages before it reaches a guest

How do I organise teams and brands?

Roles set what each person can do, and they are set up with the Purple team. Brands sit between the company and its venues, so each trading brand can keep its own content and senders while guests stay with the company.

  • Six roles: Admin, Full access, Marketer, Approver, Analyst and Data manager; for Reviews only, a site manager sees just their assigned venues
  • Brands between the company and its venues: content, senders, offers and surveys can belong to a brand, and reports filter by brand

Questions

Can each venue run its own offers?

Yes. Offers can target chosen venues, with caps per venue, a budget and a redemption window set for each offer.

How do I stop an offer costing too much across the group?

Set caps per guest, in total, per venue and in money. A money budget ends the offer when it is spent, and the offer report tracks cost against budget.

Can different venues use different tills?

Yes. Each connector is mapped to the venues it serves, so one venue can run Square and another Lightspeed.

Can I limit what each team member sees?

Yes. Six roles, set up with the Purple team, decide what each person can do: for example, a Marketer drafts but cannot send, and an Analyst reads contacts and reports. For Reviews, a site manager sees only their assigned venues, and nothing beyond Reviews.
