Purple WiFi and Twilio are certified. The other connectors are in beta: each is tested against data modelled on the vendor's published documentation, and has not yet been checked against a live account of that vendor. Every connector has a health page that shows how many records are in sync, failing or waiting, with the vendor's error and a re-run.

They are in beta and are not listed in the app marketplaces, so ask us for access; Zapier access is by invitation. Each app runs on a scoped API key with signed deliveries: eight triggers, six actions and a guest search for Zapier, Make and Pipedream, and one trigger with an event picker for Microsoft Power Automate.

No. Staff can redeem with a PIN on the guest's phone, a self-redeem countdown or the camera scanner in the staff web app. A till integration adds redemption at the point of sale, a pilot the Purple team sets up with you.

Events about contacts, email, subscriptions, tags, segments, visits, purchases, forms, vouchers and texts. Each delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 and sent at least once, with six attempts over about 14 hours, and an endpoint is switched off after 20 consecutive failures. Erased contacts are never published.

Not as ready-made connectors. Purple WiFi runs on HPE Aruba, Ruckus, Ubiquiti UniFi and Fortinet access points, so guests on those networks reach Engage through Purple WiFi, or through the signed webhook if your portal can send one. Without a Zonal Aztec connection, offers still redeem by staff PIN or the staff web app. Tell us what you run.
