Put the connection to work

Two ways to use Make with your Engage marketing.

Start a scenario

Use an Engage event to start a Make scenario.

Update Engage from another tool

Use your scenario to create or update guests, tag them, record events, set consent or enrol guests in a journey.

From connection to campaign

Start with one useful workflow. Check the data and the consent it carries, then approve what your AI team prepares.

  1. Connect your account

Use an account with permission to connect Make. Choose the venues or data sources you want to use.

  2. Check the data and permissions

Review a sample record and confirm the relevant marketing permissions before adding people to campaigns.

  3. Approve the first campaign

Let your AI team prepare the work and, by default, approve each action before it reaches a guest.

Questions

What connects between Make and Engage?

Eight Engage triggers start scenarios, and scenarios can create or update guests, tag them, record events, set consent and enrol guests in journeys.

Do I need Purple WiFi?

No. Engage works with customer data from your existing tools. WiFi is an optional source of guest and visit data.

Who controls the campaigns?

By default, you approve each action and campaign before it reaches a guest or spends money, and the AI can never launch or fund an ad. External assistants connected through MCP can read, draft and ask for approval, never send.
