Bookings and stays

ResDiary + Purple Engage

Connect bookings with your next guest campaign.

What connects with Engage

Bookings and guests flow into Engage, and unsubscribes flow back to ResDiary. Needs your own ResDiary API licence.

Put the connection to work

Two ways to use ResDiary with your Engage marketing.

Follow up after a booking

Bring ResDiary bookings and guests into Engage, then start a journey from a completed booking. You need your own ResDiary API licence.

Keep opt-outs connected

Send unsubscribes from Engage back to ResDiary so the booking relationship respects that choice.

From connection to campaign

Start with one useful workflow. Check the data and the consent it carries, then approve what your AI team prepares.

  1. Connect your account

Use an account with permission to connect ResDiary. Choose the venues or data sources you want to use.

  2. Check the data and permissions

Review a sample record and confirm the relevant marketing permissions before adding people to campaigns.

  3. Approve the first campaign

Let your AI team prepare the work and, by default, approve each action before it reaches a guest.

Questions

What connects between ResDiary and Engage?

Bookings and guests flow into Engage, and unsubscribes flow back to ResDiary. Needs your own ResDiary API licence.

Do I need Purple WiFi?

No. Engage works with customer data from your existing tools. WiFi is an optional source of guest and visit data.

Who controls the campaigns?

By default, you approve each action and campaign before it reaches a guest or spends money, and the AI can never launch or fund an ad. External assistants connected through MCP can read, draft and ask for approval, never send.
